- 6-8 tomatoes
- 1 cup white rice Krina
- 1 sausage
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- Carve the tomatoes.
- Fry the rice in oil with finely chopped sausage and tomato paste.
- Pour 2 cups boiling water and add salt to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
- Stuff the tomatoes with the rice mixture and arrange them in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes.
