- 1 onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 200 g Baldo rice Krina
- olive oil
- 1 can of green peas Krina
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in some olive oil, add the rice and the peas.
- Gradually pour 500 ml vegetable broth, while whisking. Add salt to taste.
- Cook the rice until it becomes soft. Serve with slices of cheese.
