- 200 g maize grits Krina
- 100 g grinded cheese
- 50 g melted butter
If there is something faster to prepare than fried eggs, this is polenta.
- Boil 0.5 l water, salt and gradually pour the maize grits by constantly whisking within 1-2 minutes.
- Add the grinded cheese and melted butter.
