EXTRA RICE WITH SWEET CORN
- 1 onion
- 1 cup Extra rice Krina
- 50 ml white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- salt, black pepper
- 200 g naturally sweet corn Krina
- Fry in butter the chopped onion and 1 cup Extra rice Krina.
- Gradually add white wine, 1 cup chicken broth, salt, black pepper and sweet corn Krina.
- Stir and when the rice absorbs the liquid, add more chicken broth.
- Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes until the rice is boiled. Serve with cheese.
