BULGUR PILAF WITH OLIVES
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup Bulgur Krina
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- black and red pepper, salt
- 2-3 cups chicken broth
- 150 g green olives
- Fry the chopped onion in 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil.
- Add Bulgur Krina, tomato paste, black and red pepper, salt and chicken broth.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Add green olives and leave for about half an hour before serving.
- This pilaf rice is a great garnish for meat dishes.
