Red rice Krina is a long wholegrain rice that preserves the vitamin E, A and B6, iron, fibers and antioxidants. The red color is due to non soluble anthocyanins.
After cooking it obtain slight nutty flavor and we highly recommend it use it as a garnish to high quality beef, poultry or game.
