Tip: We recommend that you cook the rice in a ratio of 1 part rice to 2 parts water. Fry the rice in a little oil, pour boiling water or broth, add salt and cover. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes* and leave for 5 more minutes without removing the lid. Upon cooking at high temperature the grain may become hard and it might not soften even after extended cooking.
