Beans are a natural product which is collected from the field, cleaned and sorted. Due to its natural origin it is likely to contain a minimum percentage of impurities. Always wash and inspect the beans before use!
Cooking time: 60-100 min.
Tip: We recommend that you soak the beans in cold water for 8-10 hours before cooking. Pour water, wash the beans and boil in fresh water. When it starts boiling let it cook for about a minute, strain the beans, discard the water, pour cold water again and wait for it to boil. Hot and cold soaking reduces the possibility of formation of substances irritating the stomach lining and reduce the cooking time. Since beans is rich in proteins it is better to cook it on low heat with the lid closed. High temperatures may harden the beans and they will not soften even after prolonged cooking Add salt and tomatoes 5 minutes before removing from the heat. If referred at the beginning it is possible to extend the cooking time. The cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling.
