The special treatment of Balance rice preserves much of the nutrients contained in the amniotic shell of the grains. Balance cooks faster than brown rice and becomes soft and fluffy. It is suitable for all white rice recipes - stuffed peppers, chicken with rice, risotto and rice pudding.

Rice is a natural product that is harvested, cleaned and polished. Due to its natural origin it is likely to contain a minimum amount of impurities.
Always wash and go through the rice before using it.
1 part rice : 2-3 parts water; cooking time: 18-20 min.
Tip: We recommend that you cook the rice in a ratio of 1 part rice to 2 parts water. Fry the rice in some, pour boiling water or broth, add salt and cover. Cook over low heat for about 18 minutes and leave for 5 more minutes without removing the lid. Cooking at high temperatures may harden the grains and they will not soften even after extended cooking.
